I would like to recommend Jawad Kader for your construction job. He and his crew recently completed an addition to my house and did an exemplary job.
The addition is a sunroom with a 14-foot ceiling architected to blend into the style of the original house. Jawad came in on budget and the promised timetable. He paid close attention to the details of the job, frequently suggesting improvements to the design. I appreciated his not cutting any corners or using cheap materials. His crew was always polite and cleaned the work site every day.
In addition to the sunroom, he built a storage/ workroom underneath, re-constructed the deck and front porch, re-aligned a staircase, built a new deck over a dry-well, expanded the stonework in the garden and installed a number of new windows and doors within the main house. His sub-contractors (electrical, plumbing and masonry) were reliable and also completed their jobs well and as expected.
