I highly recommend Kader Construction Builders as a contractor. They did an outstanding job renovating a challenging quirky old house in Georgetown. They were creative in addressing challenges and showed me clever ways to maximize space. They listened and talked through options with me, sharing their expertise but also letting me make decisions. They were responsive whenever I had a concern or question. In addition, they spoke to the neighbors and shared the construction timeline. Overall, I was very pleased and continue to be with their work. I would use them again.
